Hey! You Are Fat! - Not Anymore! (Part 5)

Hey, do you believe that the Law of Attraction works for those who are trying to lose their weight too? You better believe it.

Overweight or obesity is a very serious problem and it becomes one of the major problems of people who live in developing countries. Far to my knowledge, losing weight is a hard task or activity for most people.

However, if you know the proper method, it is not hard at all. In fact, it is fun. I was an overweight and underweight person myself and I found that it is not hard at all to change from one to another. It does not take me a long time for the changes and that is why I am here to share my secret to you.

If you are fat or overweight, you might feel less confident or have low self-esteem or a lot of daily activities seem out of your reach or you need plenty of food to survive.

All these are just my assumption because different culture treats this matter differently. Some cultures associate fat with pleasure while some treat it as a problem.

Here is the meat:

If you want to lose your weight, you must follow the BE, DO, HAVE rule.

BE: Be who you want to become. Not who you are. If you dwell on who you are, that is what you are going to get. Nothing changes. If you want to be thinner, be one of them. If you are looking for changes, you must first change your mindset. Change your thought.

Visualize is the keyword. Visualize yourself as a thinner person. What would people say to you? Feel your confidence level. How high will it soar? How fast you can run? How light will you be? Do not just think about it. Feel it. See the picture and play the movie in your mind.

Visualization is one of the most powerful processes to make the Law of Attraction works for you. You must have faith and never doubt about it.

DO: Do what it takes to reach your goal. Do what fit people do. How much exercise they do daily? How much food they consume daily? What kind of food they take? How confident they are? Do it!

Do not eat more than others do or exercise less than them. If you want to look fit instead of bulky, you must do what it takes. Remember that you must feel good throughout the whole process. Good emotions will not only help to drive your thought but also accelerate the process of manifestation.

HAVE: Then comes the final part of the process which is to reap the result of the effort you have sown. Be sure to do the right things in the previous step. If you have done it differently, you may have different result which probably not the result you wanted.
